About the Role

Key Responsibilities

As a Marketing Executive at GI Real Estate & Investment Ltd, you will:

• Plan and execute real estate marketing campaigns that attract and convert leads

• Create compelling content across multiple digital platforms

• Manage brand messaging across social media, email marketing, and other digital tools

• Collaborate with the sales team to drive engagement and conversions

• Analyze performance metrics to optimize marketing efforts

• Represent the company during property tours, client meetings, and open houses

• Strengthen brand presence online and offline

Requirements & Qualifications

We are looking for someone with:

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field

• Proven experience in real estate marketing with measurable results

• Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)

• Proficiency in digital marketing platforms (e.g. Facebook Ads, Instagram, Google Ads, Email Marketing, SEO)

• Analytical thinking and ability to evaluate campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Insights, etc.

• A creative mindset with a deep passion for real estate and customer engagement
